All HowLab products are delivered via email at the time of purchase. 

If you can’t find your delivery email, check your spam box. If you received the email, check for an attachment. The document should be included as an attachment. If the attachment is missing or isn’t downloading, email us with your receipt and we’ll get you a fresh attachment within 24 hours.
